1. Toplanan Veriler
Bilio Learn & Play, kullanıcı deneyimini iyileştirmek için şu verileri toplar:
- E-posta adresi ve kullanıcı adı
- Öğrenme ilerlemesi (kelime durumu, XP, streak)
- Cihaz dili ve saat dilimi
- Anonim kullanım metrikleri (oturum süresi, ekran görüntülenmeleri)
- Kilitlenme raporları (Sentry üzerinden, kişisel veri içermez)
2. Verilerin Kullanımı
Toplanan veriler yalnızca:
- Kişiselleştirilmiş öğrenme deneyimi sağlamak
- Hatırlatıcı bildirimleri göndermek
- Uygulama performansını ölçmek ve hataları gidermek
amacıyla kullanılır.
3. Veri Paylaşımı
Verilerin hiçbir üçüncü tarafla pazarlama amaçlı paylaşılmaz. Sadece şu hizmet sağlayıcıları teknik amaçla erişebilir:
- Google Firebase (push bildirimleri için)
- Google Cloud Platform (sunucu altyapısı)
- Sentry (kilitlenme analizi)
Tüm hizmet sağlayıcıları KVKK/GDPR uyumlu sözleşmeler altında çalışır. Yasal zorunluluk halinde yetkili makamlara bildirim yapılabilir.
4. Verilerin Silinmesi
KVKK / GDPR uyumu: Ayarlar → Hesabımı Sil bölümünden hesabını ve tüm verilerini kalıcı olarak silebilirsin. İşlem geri alınamaz; 30 gün sonra hard delete uygulanır. Ayrıca Ayarlar → Verilerimi İndir bölümünden tüm verinin JSON kopyasını indirebilirsin.
5. Çerezler ve Takip
Bilio Learn & Play çerez kullanmaz. Reklam ya da pazarlama amaçlı izleme yoktur.
6. Çocukların Gizliliği
13 yaşın altındaki kullanıcılar veli izni olmadan hesap oluşturamaz (KVKK + COPPA uyumu). Bu yaş grubundan birinin hesabı tespit edilirse hesap derhal kapatılır ve veriler silinir.

How your data is protected

1. Data Collected
Bilio Learn & Play collects the following data to improve user experience:
- Email address and username
- Learning progress (word status, XP, streak)
- Device language and timezone
- Anonymous usage metrics (session duration, screen views)
- Crash reports (via Sentry, no personal data)
2. Data Usage
Collected data is used only to:
- Provide a personalized learning experience
- Send reminder notifications
- Measure app performance and resolve bugs
3. Data Sharing
Your data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Only the following service providers have technical access:
- Google Firebase (push notifications)
- Google Cloud Platform (server infrastructure)
- Sentry (crash analysis)
All providers operate under KVKK/GDPR-compliant contracts. We may report to authorities only when legally required.
4. Data Deletion
KVKK / GDPR compliance: You can permanently delete your account and all data from Settings → Delete Account. The action cannot be undone; hard delete occurs after 30 days. You can also export a JSON copy of all your data from Settings → Export My Data.
5. Cookies & Tracking
Bilio Learn & Play does not use cookies. There is no advertising or marketing tracking.
6. Children's Privacy
Users under 13 cannot create an account without parental consent (KVKK + COPPA compliance). If we detect such an account, it is immediately closed and the data deleted.

1. Erhobene Daten
Bilio Learn & Play erhebt folgende Daten zur Verbesserung der Nutzererfahrung:
- E-Mail-Adresse und Benutzername
- Lernfortschritt (Wortstatus, XP, Streak)
- Gerätesprache und Zeitzone
- Anonyme Nutzungsstatistiken (Sitzungsdauer, Bildschirmaufrufe)
- Absturzberichte (via Sentry, keine personenbezogenen Daten)
2. Datennutzung
Die erhobenen Daten werden ausschließlich verwendet, um:
- Ein personalisiertes Lernerlebnis bereitzustellen
- Erinnerungsbenachrichtigungen zu senden
- Die App-Leistung zu messen und Fehler zu beheben
3. Datenweitergabe
Deine Daten werden niemals zu Marketingzwecken an Dritte weitergegeben. Nur die folgenden Dienstanbieter haben technischen Zugriff:
- Google Firebase (Push-Benachrichtigungen)
- Google Cloud Platform (Server-Infrastruktur)
- Sentry (Absturzanalyse)
Alle Anbieter arbeiten unter DSGVO-konformen Verträgen. Eine Meldung an Behörden erfolgt nur bei gesetzlicher Verpflichtung.
4. Datenlöschung
DSGVO-konform: Über Einstellungen → Konto löschen kannst du dein Konto und alle Daten dauerhaft löschen. Der Vorgang ist unwiderruflich; nach 30 Tagen erfolgt das Hard Delete. Du kannst außerdem unter Einstellungen → Daten exportieren eine JSON-Kopie aller Daten herunterladen.
5. Cookies & Tracking
Bilio Learn & Play verwendet keine Cookies. Es findet kein Werbe- oder Marketing-Tracking statt.
6. Datenschutz für Kinder
Nutzer unter 13 Jahren können ohne Einwilligung der Eltern kein Konto erstellen (DSGVO + COPPA). Wird ein solches Konto erkannt, wird es sofort geschlossen und die Daten gelöscht.
